**Your Impact** 

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who doesn’t just build reports—but thinks deeply about the problems behind them. In this role, you’ll transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.

You’ll design and deliver impactful dashboards, build robust data models, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to unlock the full value of our data.

**A Day in the Life**

-   Develop, design, and deploy high-quality dashboards, reports, and datasets using Power BI
-   Translate business requirements into insightful and user-friendly data solutions
-   Perform data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
-   Build and maintain efficient data models and ETL processes
-   Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, including, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Product, and Customer
-   Provide clear documentation and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

**Your Strengths** 

-   Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and deployment)
-   Solid SQL skills with experience in data extraction and transformation
-   Experience with data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g. Snowflake or similar)
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
-   Ability to gather and translate business requirements into practical solutions
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
-   Experience with tools such as Excel, SSRS, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, or ALM Toolkit (desirable)
