## Description

**Role Purpose**

The Civil Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all civil maintenance activities across the development, ensuring the integrity, safety, and high-quality condition of buildings, infrastructure, and common areas in line with Hyde Park standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise and manage all civil maintenance activities including buildings, roads, pavements, structures, and common areas to ensure optimal condition and safety.
-   Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring timely resolution of civil-related issues and minimizing operational disruptions.
-   Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of assets, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
-   Coordinate with contractors and service providers, ensuring work is delivered according to specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
-   Ensure compliance with HSE policies, local regulations, and company standards across all civil works and activities.
-   Support project enhancements, refurbishments, and fit-out works, ensuring alignment with design and operational requirements.
-   Lead, supervise, and develop civil maintenance teams, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

5–8 years of experience in civil maintenance or facilities management within real estate developments.

Strong knowledge of building structures, finishing works, and infrastructure maintenance.

Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to manage teams and contractors effectively.
