## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Anesthesiologist** to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in anesthesia, perioperative care, pain management, and the management of high-risk surgical patients.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
-   Administer and monitor general, regional, and other appropriate forms of anesthesia.
-   Provide anesthesia care for elective and emergency surgical procedures.
-   Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological parameters throughout surgery.
-   Manage high-risk patients and complex intraoperative emergencies.
-   Provide postoperative care and appropriate pain management.
-   Perform airway management, resuscitation, and other critical interventions when required.
-   Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
-   Support safe patient recovery and manage anesthesia-related complications.
-   Maintain accurate anesthesia records and clinical documentation.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental activities.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/DNB/DA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Anesthesiology**.
-   Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
-   Strong expertise in general and regional anesthesia.
-   Experience managing high-risk surgical patients and perioperative emergencies.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, airway management, and decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
