## Description

Supports Collective Residential's portfolio operations team by validating metrics and formulas in UDP, our consolidated BI platform, tracking open data issues through to resolution with the UDP team, cross-referencing figures against source data in our property management systems (PMS), and building out new and improved reporting and dashboards in UDP.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Validate metrics, formulas, and calculated fields in UDP against source data and expected outputs.
-   Cross-reference UDP figures against PMS data (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata) to confirm accuracy.
-   Identify discrepancies, broken formulas, or mismatched metrics and document them clearly for follow-up.
-   Track existing known issues and their status through to resolution, maintaining an up-to-date issue log.
-   Work directly with the UDP team to communicate problems, provide supporting detail, and confirm fixes.
-   Apply property management knowledge (occupancy, delinquency, turnover, NOI) to judge whether figures look right.
-   Rebuild existing dashboards and reports in UDP.
-   Roll out reports and dashboards out as automated, scheduled deliveries.
-   Support reporting design projects, identifying key metrics to surface and identifying the best way to visualize and show the data.
-   Maintain confidentiality of all company and portfolio data per NDA.

## Requirements

-   **Previous experience in Property Management or similar industries is a must!**
-   Experience validating metrics and formulas in a BI or reporting platform, not just viewing dashboards.
-   Experience building reports or dashboards in a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
-   Solid understanding of property management operations and metrics.
-   Working knowledge of at least one major PMS (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or Entrata); multiple is a plus.
-   Strong attention to detail, able to spot when a number or formula looks wrong.
-   Comfortable tracking multiple open issues to resolution.
-   Clear written communication for documenting issues and vendor coordination.
-   Reliable internet and own equipment.
-   Some overlap with U.S. business hours will be required.
