## Description

Looking for a PA to support the founder across several companies and personal matters. Including:

**Business:**

-   Inbox triage, drafting replies, flagging urgent matters
-   Diary and scheduling across several companies and time zones
-   Drafting, formatting and proofreading documents, letters and reports
-   Maintaining organised digital filing
-   Liaison with accountants, suppliers, landlords, banks and other third parties
-   Collecting and filing invoices and receipts, chasing payments, preparing expense summaries
-   Sourcing and shortlisting service providers (accountants, lawyers, agents), including preliminary calls,
-   Research on suppliers, pricing and options, returning with recommendations

**Personal:**

-   Personal diary and appointments
-   Travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, visas
-   Household administration: utilities, subscriptions, renewals, contractors
-   Sourcing and ordering items, arranging deliveries and returns
-   Tracking key dates, renewals and deadlines

**Terms**

Independent contractor, through our Hong Kong or Singapore entity. Employment is not available for this role. You invoice monthly and account for your own tax.

$8-12 per hour. Flexible hours. Part-time or full-time. No fixed schedule. What we need is meaningful overlap with \[GMT business hours\] and a reliable response time within it.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

-   Organisation as a reflex
-   Technical fluency
-   Judgement and initiative
-   Speed

Bonus:

-   Fluency with AI tools, particularly Claude, in real workflows.
-   A commercial background — accounting, finance, marketing, operations.
-   Fluency in another language, particularly Mandarin.
