## Description

Uptalent.io is a premier global platform connecting exceptional talent from Latin America with innovative companies across the globe. We are currently looking for a Remote Project Architect to focus on projects in California.

### Responsibilities

**Experience Level:**

-   At least **5+ years in a project architect role**.
-   Demonstrated experience leading full project lifecycles for U.S.-based projects.  
    

**Core Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee project design intent through all phases (SD–CD–CA).
-   Manage project documentation and ensure coordination among all consultants.
-   Lead **technical and code compliance reviews**.
-   Serve as the **main point of contact** for client and internal team coordination.
-   Supervise job captains and production staff; ensure quality control.
-   Provide construction administration support (RFIs, submittals, ASIs, etc.).

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
-   Minimum of **5 years of experience in architectural design**, with a focus on California projects.
-   Proficient in architectural software, such as Revit (mandatory), Autocad and SketchUp.
-   Strong understanding of California building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
-   Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Able to align to California office hours (PST)
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present designs and concepts effectively.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a virtual team.
-   Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
-   A portfolio demonstrating your architectural work, especially California-based projects.
