## Description

**Position is full time and grant funded for 5 years**

**Responsibilities** 

-   Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care.
-   Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model
-   Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & Interpretation and dissemination
-   Assures that nursing practice is evidence based

## Requirements

-   NYS Registered Nurse License unencumbered
-   MSN Required
-   Management experience 3-5 years
-   Shared Governance experience
-   Magnet or Pathway to Excellence experience
-   Professional certification in a related specialty of willingness to obtain with in 3 years of hire.

Annual Salary: $150,000-$155,000
