**About your role**

We are seeking a highly experienced manufacturing technology & strategy lead to drive the next-generation evolution of manufacturing with our CPG clients. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, process optimization, and technology consulting, you will guide top-tier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients through complex digital transformations.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and bridge the gap between business objectives and technology enablement—translating C-suite vision into shop-floor reality.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management**

-   Act as the key link between senior stakeholders, plant teams, and technology experts.
-   Navigate complex organisations, resolving challenges and driving transformation forward.

**Business Process Transformation**

-   Lead standardisation and optimisation of manufacturing processes across products, business units, and regions.
-   Align processes with industry best practices and modern manufacturing trends.

**Technology & Solution Architecture**

-   Design and deliver end-to-end transformation programmes across shop-floor and enterprise systems.
-   Lead large-scale MES implementations and ensure integration with ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

**Qualifications & Experience**

-   7–12 years in technology consulting within CPG or Pharma.
-   4+ years in business consulting with strong knowledge of manufacturing value chains.

**Technical Expertise**

-   Proven MES solution design experience (e.g., Rockwell Plex, Siemens Opcenter, Apriso, GE Digital).
-   Experience with ERP manufacturing modules (Production, Quality, Maintenance).
-   SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
-   Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP BTP, Azure) is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**

-   Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication, with experience engaging senior leaders and technical teams.
-   Fluency (C2) in English and Polish required
