### Caregivers Needed at Exhava Home Care!

**Exhava Home Care** is seeking compassionate and dependable, experienced caregivers to provide high-quality, in-home care for clients in El Cajon. This position involves ensuring client safety, offering companionship, and assisting with essential personal care routines. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist clients with bedtime and morning routines
-   Support with mobility, toileting, and incontinence care
-   Monitor client safety and provide overnight companionship
-   Document overnight activity and report any concerns
-   Perform light housekeeping or meal prep, as needed

## Requirements

-   5+ years of caregiving experience 
-   Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
-   Current TB test result or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
-   Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
-   Valid driver's license and active car insurance
