Join the Kinisla Graduate Programme in a permanent, full-time role designed for ambitious graduates who aspire to become future senior leaders in our business. This is more than an entry-level graduate job: it is a structured two-year leadership development programme commencing September 2027. Your role will commence in Ossett and, as part of the Graduate programme, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of the Kinisla organisation. It combines formal learning, hands-on operational experience, meaningful projects, mentoring across the business. From day one, you will be challenged to build the commercial, operational and leadership capabilities needed to grow your career with Kinisla.

Assessment centres will take place during the week commencing 18 January 2027. As part of the selection process, you must be available to attend in person during that week.

 **Working in Finance at Kinisla:**

Finance plays a critical role in shaping the future of Kinisla. As a vertically integrated dairy, nutritional ingredients and consumer foods business, our finance teams work across every part of the value chain from milk procurement and manufacturing to commercial strategy, performance management and sustainability investment.

On our two-year programme, you will have the opportunity to build experience across the Kinisla business, gaining exposure to different areas and developing a broader understanding of how we operate. Your responsibilities may include:

-   Supporting financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities across the business.
-   Collaborating with commercial, supply chain and operations teams to provide insights that drive performance and profitability.
-   Assisting with month-end close processes, variance analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.
-   Contributing to strategic projects such as cost optimisation, investment appraisal and sustainability-linked initiatives.
-   Gaining exposure to systems such as SAP and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making
-   Participating in internal audits, compliance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

-   You are on track to achieve, or have recently completed, a degree with at least a 2:1 classification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
-   You can demonstrate an interest in building a career in finance within an FMCG and/or food manufacturing environment.
