- Analyse patterns of suspicious or malicious account behaviour, coordinated inauthentic activity, and emerging threats to social media platform integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional trust and safety teams to refine content moderation workflows and contribute to ongoing policy development discussions.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely documentation of content decisions, ensuring audit trails are maintained to the highest standard.
- Monitor trending topics, viral content, and breaking news within Spanish-speaking communities to proactively assess reputational and safety risks on the platform.
- Respond to user appeals and account reinstatement requests in Spanish, delivering empathetic and policy-aligned resolutions in a professional manner.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions, training updates, and quality assurance reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy across the moderation team.

- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, online community behaviour, and digital communication trends across Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound, impartial judgements under pressure and within defined time targets.
- High level of resilience, emotional intelligence, and professional objectivity when handling sensitive, distressing, or graphic content.
