## Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Pediatrician to provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric conditions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.

## Requirements

-   Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and emergency pediatric care, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
-   Conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and manage newborns and pediatric patients according to evidence-based guidelines.
-   Deliver preventive pediatric care, including well-child examinations, developmental assessments, immunization guidance, and family education on nutrition, growth, and preventive health.
-   Respond to pediatric emergencies, stabilize critically ill patients, and coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
-   Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, patient safety, CME, research, and professional development while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
