Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a German Back-end Gaming Support Specialist based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering specialized back-end support to German-speaking gamers, ensuring seamless gameplay and maintaining high standards of service quality.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver back-end technical support to German-speaking gaming clients via various communication channels
-   Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting gaming performance and user accounts
-   Work closely with development teams to resolve bugs and implement improvements
-   Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all support cases
-   Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or issues
-   Stay updated on the latest gaming products, features, and industry trends

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
-   Deep passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming environments
-   Previous experience in back-end gaming support or technical support roles is preferred
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (fully paid relocation provided)
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
