**Job Overview** 

We are looking for a System Business Analyst in the data department to bridge communication between our business and development teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.

-   Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.
-   Analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.
-   Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts, particularly those involving APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations.
-   Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
-   Background in IT or software development
-   Experience in product and marketing analytics
-   Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data
-   Solid experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
-   Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams
-   Familiarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API concepts
-   Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
-   Excellent communication skills
-   Spoken English at B2 level or higher

**Tech Stack**

-   Databases and data warehouses: ClickHouse, Redshift, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
-   Analytics and marketing platforms: Mixpanel, GA4, AppsFlyer, Blueshift
-   Data pipelines and streaming: RudderStack, Kafka

**Nice to Have**

-   Hands-on experience with data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Redshift
-   Experience in FinTech, especially CFD trading
-   Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, such as MCP servers and skills
-   Experience with Python or JavaScript
