## Description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to oversee and optimize inventory operations across our supply chain network. This role will focus on inventory accuracy, stock availability, process standardization, and compliance with inventory control procedures.

The successful candidate will drive inventory optimization, minimize stock losses and excess inventory, improve replenishment processes, and provide data-driven insights to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

## Requirements

-   4–6 years of progressive experience in inventory control, inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

-   Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, Inventory Specialist, or in a similar role.

-   Strong knowledge of inventory control, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization.

-   Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Excel.

-   Experience conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, variance investigations, and root cause analysis.

-   Strong understanding of inventory KPIs, including DOI, inventory turnover, stock aging, inventory accuracy, and holding costs.

-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Monitor inventory accuracy across distribution centers and stores through cycle counts, physical inventories, and regular stock checks.
-   Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-   Develop, implement, and standardize inventory control procedures and SOPs across the network.
-   Ensure compliance with inventory policies, control procedures, and audit requirements.
-   Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory transfers and balancing across distribution centers and stores.
-   Identify and reduce excess inventory, stock stagnation, shrinkage, and inventory losses.
-   Analyze demand patterns and support replenishment planning and inventory allocation.
-   Optimize Days of Inventory (DOI), stock coverage, and inventory turnover.
-   Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, damages, and recurring stock issues.
-   Track inventory KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards covering inventory accuracy, stock aging, turnover, holding costs, and shrinkage.
-   Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Distribution Centers, Store Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams.
