🌙 **Shift:** US Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced **Senior / Operations Manager – US Outbound Sales** to lead high-performing international BPO operations with strong expertise in **US outbound sales/tele-sales programs**.

✅ **Experience Required:** 8–10+ Years in International BPO Operations  
✅ **Mandatory:** 5+ Years in **US Outbound / Tele Sales Programs

• P&L Ownership & Revenue Management  
• US Outbound Sales Process  
• KPI / OKR & Performance Management  
• Team Leadership & Attrition Management  
• Dialer Strategy & Campaign Management

• Training, Coaching & Performance Improvement

• Own end-to-end process performance & P&L
