As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary goal is to assist these customers with their inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure they have a memorable experience using our services. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment while helping customers enjoy their interactions with our brand.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch through chat, email, and phone.
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently and respond to inquiries promptly.
-   Guide customers through our services and educate them about our offerings.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
-   Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality.
-   Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Dutch** and a good command of English; any additional languages are a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service is preferable but not required.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented focus.
-   Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
-   Willingness to relocate to **Greece**.
-   An interest in customer service and a passion for working in a multicultural setting.
