From Poland, you'll be in a strategic junction connecting future German partners with their next portfolio breakthrough. In this position you'll be identifying business opportunities, nurturing key relationships and delivering measurable revenue growth in a B2B-client environment. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the German market.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and key stakeholders.
-   Act as the main point of contact, connecting partners with portfolio growth opportunities.
-   Drive revenue growth by managing client accounts and identifying upselling opportunities.
-   Collaborate with partners to support long-term business success and strategic expansion.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills (B2 or higher).
-   EU citizenship, and valid passport is mandatory for this role.
-   At least 1 year of relevant Sales experience in business-facing environments — a strong advantage if related to Digital Advertising,
-   Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German-speaking market.
-   Consult with prospective and existing clients to understand their business goals and advertising needs.
-   Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
-   Manage and develop long-term relationships with German-speaking client accounts.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
-   Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
-   Deliver excellent client service and ongoing account support.
