**Job Description**

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Sales & Customer Service Representative** to join our coffee shop team. This opportunity is exclusively for **Female UAE Nationals** who are passionate about customer service, sales, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-   Promote coffee products, beverages, and retail items to achieve sales targets.
-   Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback effectively.
-   Process orders and payments accurately.
-   Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation within the coffee shop.
-   Support daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
-   Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
-   Assist with product displays, promotions, and marketing activities.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   UAE National (Emirati) – Female.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong customer service and sales abilities.
-   Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
-   Basic computer and cash handling skills.
-   Previous experience in retail, hospitality, coffee shops, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
