### **Job Summary**

We are hiring a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, specifically within tech and SaaS environments. This remote SDR role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance sales teams, excels at prospecting SaaS buyers, and consistently generates qualified pipeline.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging decision-makers in B2B tech companies, identifying pain points, and positioning innovative SaaS solutions that solve real business challenges.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Execute high-volume outbound prospecting targeting B2B tech and SaaS companies via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
-   Identify, qualify, and nurture SaaS-focused B2B leads into high-quality sales opportunities
-   Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives within tech-driven sales cycles
-   Research target accounts, including SaaS companies, startups, and enterprise tech firms, and map key decision-makers
-   Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine SaaS outreach messaging, ICP targeting, and campaign strategies
-   Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably within SaaS, tech, or digital product environments
-   Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and booking demos for SaaS solutions
-   Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills in complex B2B sales cycles
-   Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
-   Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
-   Ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders (C-level, VP, Director level) in tech organizations
-   Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote sales environment
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-velocity SaaS sales pipeline
