## Description

Our Delta Operations team is looking for a Data Modeler for our fasts growing activities with our client.

The Senior Data Modeler will have the following responsibilities:

-   Design data models (conceptual, logical, physical)
-   Define modeling standards
-   Ensure overall consistency of data models
-   Collaborate with technical and business teams
-   Optimize data structures and performance
-   Contribute to data governance initiatives

The Senior Consultant - Data Modeler will also have the responsibility to participate to the Delta Accountant club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Accountant topics.

As an operational consultant, the Senior Consultant - Data Modeler will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

## Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

-   Demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years of experience in data modeling and data architecture
-   Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
-   Work within Data Warehouse and BI environments
-   Apply data modeling methodologies (Kimball, Inmon)
-   Master SQL at an advanced level
-   Use data modeling tools such as ERwin, PowerDesigner, or equivalent

-   Understand Data Warehousing concepts
-   Understand relational databases
-   Apply dimensional modeling techniques
-   Work with data governance frameworks
-   Define data standards and naming conventions
-   Understand data lineage and metadata management
-   License or Master qualification in Computer Science, Data Engineering or equivalent
-   English speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage
