**About Your Opportunity**

As Junior Key Account Manager you will be partnering with our customers and ensure their long-term success. You are going to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.

**🎯 Your Mission:**

-   Focusing on the needs and managing relationships with existing and new customers
-   Handling the requests of customers or prospective clients
-   Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
-   Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
-   Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
-   Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
-   Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections 
-   Anticipate the clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs.
-   Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports
-   Interaction with the Financial Department and the Fleet Management Business Unit

## Requirements

**🌟 What Spells Success:**

-   University degree in Business Administration or in relevant field is essential.
-   Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in similar position/entry level
-   Any master’s degree will be considered as an asset
-   Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
-   Excellent command of MS-Office applications
-   Customer focus: understand the needs of internal and external customers and respond promptly
-   Strong communication and organization skills with attention to details
-   Time management skills within a dynamic working environment
-   Flexibility in rapid evolving working environment
