## Description

**This opportunity is open exclusively to European-based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.**

A leading healthcare facility is seeking a **Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon** to provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with diseases, injuries, and deformities of the mouth, jaws, face, and neck. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage congenital, traumatic, infectious, and neoplastic conditions, perform complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The specialist will also participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuous professional development.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS/DMD) or Medical Degree (MBBS) with a recognized qualification in **Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery**.
-   Recognized Specialist Qualification in **Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery**. .
-   Minimum **3–5 years of post-specialty experience** preferred.
-   Expertise in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, management of oral pathology, salivary gland disorders, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and reconstructive maxillofacial surgery.
-   Experience in head and neck surgery, craniofacial surgery, and facial cosmetic procedures is an advantage.
-   Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
