## Description

Save More Marketplace, a trusted community grocer since 1959, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this essential role, you will help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of our store facilities to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers and a safe workspace for our employees. ### Responsibilities

-   Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance of store facilities and equipment.
-   Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks.
-   Maintain cleanliness of store premises, including interior areas, restrooms, entrances, and parking lots.
-   Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and staff.
-   Ensure compliance with safety standards and health regulations.
-   Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and assist with purchasing when necessary.

## Requirements

-   Experience in maintenance, repair, or related fields preferred.
-   Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
