## Description

-   Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and platform configurations.
-   Architect scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) aligned with best practices.
-   Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and solution designs.
-   Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
-   Own the technical governance of the Salesforce org — managing code quality, release management, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
-   Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
-   Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., Jitterbit), and platform events.
-   Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to align technical solutions with business goals.
-   Manage and mitigate technical risks, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
-   Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging best practices, and assess their impact on the platform.
-   Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements within the Salesforce environment.

## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications:**

-   8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior role.
-   Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
-   Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools — Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
-   Proven experience designing and building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
-   Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits.
-   Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar).
-   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

**Certifications (Required / Preferred)**

-   **Required:** Salesforce Platform Developer I
-   **Preferred:** Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect

**Required Skills:**

-   Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
-   Excellent communication skills — able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-   Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferable Skills:**

-   Experience in large-scale Salesforce org transformations or migrations.
-   Proficiency with **dbt**  for data transformation and modelling.
-   Hands-on experience with data orchestration and data pipeline tools.
-   Experience with **Tableau** for data visualisation and reporting.
