## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Customer Service Representative to support our E-Commerce platform. This role is based in Greece, with fully paid relocation provided. Join our vibrant team and play a vital role in ensuring our French-speaking customers receive outstanding service and support as they navigate our e-commerce platform.

As a French Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product and order information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in French.
-   Assist customers with orders, returns, payments, and product information.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
-   Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and customer service techniques.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Please specify your nationality and native language in your CV and/or cover letter.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
-   Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation expenses covered.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
-   Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
