We are looking for **a Business Development Consulta**nt, who will be responsible for providing our customers with credit risk services and digital solutions based on their business needs and requirements.

  

**Main Responsibilities:**

-   Maintaining and growing a strong client base by communicating about company’s financial and digital services.
-   Finding new target markets and penetrating them to increase sales.
-   Understanding the needs of clients and creating new sales opportunities to achieve the assigned targets.
-   Analyzing the market’s potential to track sales.
-   Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
-   Providing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  

**Qualifications:**

-   BSc/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
-   Previous working experience in sales will be considered an asset.
-   Strong communication skills
-   Good negotiation and selling skills
-   Customer-focused and goal-oriented attitude
-   Business Acumen
-   Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
-   Very good written and verbal skills (Greek & English)
