## Description

**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Location:** Oregon  
**Salary:** $115,000 - $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday  
**Setting:** Telehealth / Remote

We are hiring an Oregon-licensed mental health professional to provide counseling services through a fully remote telehealth setting. This role is a good fit for a clinician who wants to deliver thoughtful, accessible care while maintaining a structured Monday to Friday schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide online counseling services to clients located in Oregon
-   Develop treatment plans based on client goals, needs, and presenting concerns
-   Support clients through clinically appropriate therapy interventions
-   Maintain timely and accurate documentation
-   Uphold confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards in all client interactions

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active Oregon license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-   Experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work
-   Comfortable providing services in a telehealth / remote environment
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently
