**Job Title: Technical Support Specialist – Operations**

Talent 360 is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full‑time opportunity for someone proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced business environment.

**About the Role  
**As a Technical Support Specialist at Talent 360, you will be responsible for providing first‑line technical support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure smooth operations across our systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical support or IT services and the ability to work closely with different teams to ensure workflow efficiency, accurate follow‑up, and high‑quality execution.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Network support**: Provide first‑line support for internal networks and resolve basic connectivity issues.
-   **Database management**: Handle SQL database queries and assist with basic data troubleshooting.
-   **Hardware troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve hardware problems quickly to minimize downtime.
-   **POS/ERP systems**: Support cashier and kitchen modules, ensuring smooth system logic and functionality.
-   **Training & presentations**: Deliver clear training sessions and presentations to clients and internal teams.
-   **Client support**: Provide professional assistance to clients
-   **Shift flexibility**: Adapt to rotating shifts and occasional fieldwork assignments (transportation covered).
-   **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, emails, and chat communications in English (B1 level).

## Requirements

-   Basic knowledge of internal networks, SQL databases, and hardware troubleshooting.
-   Familiarity with POS/ERP logic (cashier and kitchen modules).
-   Strong soft skills including patience, stress management, and presentation/training ability.
-   Flexibility to work across rotating shifts and occasional fieldwork (transportation covered).
-   English proficiency (B1 level) for emails, chats, and records.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; entry‑level candidates welcome.
