### **Job Summary** 

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Account Executive to drive the adoption of our industry-leading Node.js observability and security platform. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the developer tools ecosystem, helping organizations optimize performance and secure their production environments using AI-powered diagnostics. This is an incredible opportunity for a proactive sales professional to join a growth-stage company where your outreach efforts directly influence our global footprint and market leadership.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial lead sourcing and qualification to closing.
-   Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn and other channels to engage high-value prospects within the Node.js ecosystem.
-   Master the conversion funnel by moving prospects through solutioning and across the entire customer lifecycle.
-   Engage with technical stakeholders to demonstrate how our platform integrates with IDEs to solve complex debugging and security challenges.
-   Consistently meet and exceed KPIs focused on contact engagement, pipeline conversion, and Total Contract Value (TCV).

## Requirements

-   Proven track record in lead sourcing, qualification, and outbound sales development.
-   Extensive experience with LinkedIn Outreach and social selling strategies.
-   Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
-   Ability to work within the CST timezone with flexibility for core team overlap.
-   Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss software performance and security tools.
-   A self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage a remote sales pipeline independently.

**Nice-to-Haves**

-   Fluency in Spanish.
-   Proactive experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack.
-   Background in selling developer tools, observability platforms, or cybersecurity solutions.
