## Description

**Regional Portfolio Manager – Community Associations**
On-site | Full-time
Lake Worth Beach, FL

**The Opportunity**
We're looking for a Florida-licensed Community Association Manager with leadership experience, ready to mentor and guide other property managers while running a portfolio of communities of their own. This role suits someone who's spent time in the field managing boards and residents directly, but is now looking to take on a bigger-picture role — helping shape how other managers operate, sharing what's worked, and stepping in where needed to keep things running smoothly. You'll balance the hands-on work of your own portfolio with the responsibility of being a steady, experienced resource for the wider team.

**What You'll Do:**

_Portfolio Management_

- Oversee a portfolio of community associations
- Handle rule enforcement and violations
- Manage owners and residents
- Source, supervise, and evaluate vendors and contracts
- Run board and annual meetings
- Build and manage association budgets
- Review financials and code AP entries
- Process unit sale/lease applications promptly

_Regional Support & Leadership_

- Serve as a go-to resource for other property managers in the region

- Act as a point of escalation for cross-portfolio operational issues
- Lead training sessions on legislative updates and operational best practices

- Conduct client check-ins
- Support business development - including client pitch meetings and onboarding new associations

## Requirements

- Active Florida CAM license, held 2+ years (required)
- Experience managing a community association portfolio
- Solid understanding of FL condo/HOA regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle competing deadlines
- Available in-office Monday–Friday
- Comfortable learning new property management software

## Benefits

- $100,000 base salary
- Vacation & Sick days
- Employer-contributed health, dental, and vision coverage
