## Description

Kleen Test Products, a leader in contract manufacturing, is hiring a **detail‑driven Inventory Control Specialist** to support our growing operations. If you enjoy problem‑solving, improving processes, and ensuring inventory accuracy, this role offers a strong mix of hands‑on work and analytical responsibility.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory in **Syspro**, performing physical counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting material flow across production, receiving, and shipping.

### ⭐ **What You’ll Do**

-   Perform physical counts of raw materials and finished goods.
-   Verify component usage, issues, and returns from the shop floor.
-   Confirm finished‑goods production accuracy.
-   Develop and manage an effective cycle‑count program.
-   Reconcile physical inventory to Syspro and identify root causes of variances.
-   Complete material‑movement transactions in Syspro.
-   Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
-   Support waste‑management initiatives and help reduce material obsolescence.
-   Enter transactions into customer ERP systems (e.g., SAP) when required.
-   Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

## Requirements

-   Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in inventory control or related area; Associate degree in materials planning/supply chain, business, or related area of discipline is preferred.
-   Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
-   Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail.
-   Excellent multi-tasking skills along with ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyone.
-   Strong understanding of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
-   Understanding of MRP concepts and ERP system functionality.

-   Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Google suite and Outlook.
