Looking for a role where your love for the German language and helping others plays a major factor? We are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of **German Customer Specialist - On-site** in Athens, Greece!

In this opportunity, you will be part of a fast-paced team, supporting **retail banking** customers for an international US bank in Europe. You will enjoy structured working hours and have the chance to grow within a professional BPO environment that is focused on delivering top-quality customer service.

### Responsibilities

-   Handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone calls, email and chat in a professional and efficient manner
-   Deliver outstanding service by understanding customer needs and resolving inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
-   Build lasting relationships of trust with customers through clear, open, and engaging communication
-   Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and systems
-   Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling quotas and service standards
-   Accurately document all customer interactions, process account-related requests, and maintain proper records
-   Strictly adhere to communication guidelines, procedres, and policies especially when managing sensitive customer data

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** (C1 - C2)
-   Very good command of **English** (minimum B2 level)
-   Good MS Office skills
-   Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-   Excellent communication and writing skills
-   Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
