**Job Description** – **Female Specialist Obstetrician & Gynecologist**

**Location:** Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking an experienced **Female Specialist Obstetrician & Gynecologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to women across different stages of life.

### Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients.
-   Provide comprehensive intensive and critical care services.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
-   Monitor patients and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition.
-   Perform critical care procedures within the scope of practice.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical teams.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
-   Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
-   Support and mentor junior medical staff where appropriate.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Critical Care, Intensive Care Medicine, Anaesthesiology, or a related specialty.
-   Eligibility for **Specialist Critical Care** classification under applicable UAE PQR requirements.
-   Valid **DOH licence/eligibility** or willingness to complete the required licensing process.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills.
