### Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
-   Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is required.
-   Proficiency in English is required
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Experience in customer service or related roles is preferable.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
