## Description

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a proactive and experienced Shift Leader/General Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead teams across various departments. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth and efficient work shifts, maintain high productivity levels, and foster a safe and positive work environment. You will act as a liaison between management and staff, coordinating activities to meet company goals and client expectations. ### Responsibilities

-   Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
-   Lead, motivate, and support staff members to achieve individual and team objectives.
-   Monitor workflow and production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during shifts.
-   Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly to minimize disruption.
-   Communicate effectively with management regarding progress, concerns, and staffing needs.
-   Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
-   Maintain accurate records related to shift activities, attendance, and equipment usage.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex operations during shifts.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
-   Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
-   Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
-   Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to team management.
-   Relevant certifications or training in supervision or management is an advantage.
