## Description

We are looking for an experienced **HR Generalist** to support employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and payroll backup functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to provide HR support to both employees and managers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide day-to-day employee relations and HR support to employees and managers.
-   Conduct investigations and assist with corrective actions and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
-   Administer employee benefits and manage annual Open Enrollment.
-   Support 401(k) administration and employee inquiries.
-   Coordinate leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers' compensation claims.
-   Manage and track required employee training programs.
-   Serve as payroll backup and perform weekly payroll audits.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
-   Strong employee relations and benefits administration experience.
-   Knowledge of leave management and HR compliance.
-   Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-   Experience with HRIS (ADP – Workforce Now, strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Experience supporting a U.S.-based workforce.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)

-   Experience with 401(k), workers' compensation, and payroll.
-   SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
