## Description

**About the Role**

This is **a practical, busy role** where you will keep our warehouse moving. You will be responsible for getting orders ready and making sure stock gets exactly where it needs to go. **Hours**: Monday to Friday, day shift (approx. 8:30/9:00am – 5:00/5:30pm).

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   _**Order Picking**_ – Supporting daily picking activities to keep orders flowing
-   _**Local Deliveries**_ – Coordinating local delivery runs across the region
-   _**Outside Freight**_ – Booking and managing external transport providers
-   _**South Island Transfers**_ – Coordinating stock movements throughout the South Island
-   _**Customer Service**_ – Looking after call-in customers at the trade counter

**What You'll Bring**

-   Proven experience in a **busy despatch**, warehouse, or logistics environment
-   Good **organisational** skills to keep track of daily orders.
-   **Confident**, friendly communicator (couriers, customers, and the team)
-   A **calm** head under pressure and a sharp eye for accuracy
-   **Reliability** and pride in a job well done
-   **Forklift** licence (F endorsement) — advantageous
-   **Currently residing in NZ or holding a valid work visa**
-   Willing to complete a **pre-employment medical and drug screen**
