## Description

**MUST HAVE: AERO, ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS, STATISTICAL ANALYSIS, PFMEA, SIX SIGMA TOOLS, SUPPLIER QUALITY AUDIT EXPERIENCE, MUST HAVE BACHELOR’S DEGREE, APQP, PPAP**

**Strongly preferred: APQP, PPAP**

**Key Skills Required**:

-   Aerospace background, GC/USC
-   4+ years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer in Aerospace
-   **At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and problem solving using advanced quality tools such as statistical analysis, PFMEA, 8D corrective action, A3 problem solving, 5 Why analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and other Six Sigma tools**
-   APQP/PPAP/FAIR background is strongly preferred
-   **Supplier quality audit experience**
-   Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions; hands-on expertise in measurement methods and tools
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
-   **M.S. or B.S. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent job experience**
-   Net-Inspect experience is strongly preferred but not required
