In this role, you will help shape customer data capabilities that support connected marketing and business outcomes. As a CDP / SAP Emarsys Data Engineer, you will work across customer data platforms, integration points, and downstream systems to enable reliable data flows, improve data usability, and support teams that depend on accurate, well-structured customer information.

### Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain customer data ingestion and transformation processes.
-   Develop and support integrations between source systems, CDP, SAP Emarsys, and downstream platforms.
-   Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
-   Work with customer data models and data structures.
-   Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and performance.
-   Support customer segmentation and marketing data requirements.
-   Support campaign and customer analytics requirements.
-   Troubleshoot data integration and data quality issues.
-   Analyze data-related incidents and implement appropriate resolutions.
-   Collaborate with functional, marketing, integration, and technical teams.
-   Support testing, deployment, and production activities.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   4+ years of experience in data engineering, customer data, or data integration.
-   Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or SAP Emarsys.
-   Strong SQL skills, with experience in ETL and data transformation processes.
-   Experience working with APIs, data integration, data modeling, and customer data structures.
-   Solid understanding of data quality and data governance.
-   Professional proficiency in English.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with customer segmentation and marketing automation.
-   Experience working in enterprise-scale customer data environments.
-   Hands-on experience with both SAP Emarsys and SAP Customer Data Platform.
-   Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP customer data sources.
