## Description

GP Automate is on a mission to free up GP practices across England from time-consuming administrative work, so clinicians can focus on what matters most: patient care. As a Graduate Associate, you will play a hands-on role across Operations, Sales, and Customer Success, helping us scale our impact across 200+ GP practices and beyond. This is a generalist, high-ownership role designed for someone who is eager to learn fast, work across multiple functions, and grow with an early-stage healthtech company.

**Key Responsibilities**

Sales Support

- Research and identify prospective GP practices and ICBs that would benefit from GP Automate's solutions

- Conduct outreach and book discovery calls and demos for the commercial team with potential clients

- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline tracking

- Support the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and follow-up communications

Customer Success

- Assist the Customer Success team with day-to-day administrative tasks including onboarding documentation, client correspondence, and account tracking

- Help coordinate check-ins and review meetings with practice managers and clinical leads

- Gather and log customer feedback to support product and service improvements

Operations

- Support cross-functional operational processes that underpin both the Sales and Customer Success teams

- Help with internal reporting, data hygiene, and process documentation

- Contribute to operational projects as the business scales, including process improvement initiatives

## Requirements

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent), in any discipline - we care more about drive and attitude than your specific subject

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with GP practice staff and healthcare administrators

- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where things change quickly

- Genuine interest in healthtech, digital transformation, or the NHS
- Experience with AI tools, especially Claude.

## Benefits

- 25 days annual leave
- Matched pension contributions
- Equity
- Opportunity for a permanent position in one of the disciplines you work within during your graduate associate role.
