## Description

**Have a CDL but no excavation experience? We'll teach you!**

J. Blanton Plumbing is looking for CDL operators who are ready to build a long-term career in our growing Sewer & Drain Division. If you have a valid CDL, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working outdoors, we'll provide the training you need to become an Excavation Technician.

No excavation or sewer experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know—from operating equipment to installing underground sewer systems. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working for one of the fastest-growing residential home service companies in the country.

**What You'll Do**

• Assist with underground sewer installation and repair projects  
• Learn to operate mini excavators and other excavation equipment  
• Help with digging, trenching, pipe installation, and site preparation  
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite regulations  
• Work closely with experienced crew members and supervisors  
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites

## Requirements

• Valid CDL

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience operating heavy equipment  
• Construction, utility, or excavation experience  
• OSHA 10, OSHA 20, or OSHA 30 Certification  
• Competent Person Certification
