We are looking for **motivated German-speaking Customer Support Agents** who are passionate about helping people and delivering excellent service.

### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide **high-quality customer support in German** via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist customers with product questions, account issues, and troubleshooting
-   Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
-   Document customer interactions accurately in the system
-   Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer requests

## Requirements

-   **Fluent German (C1–C2)**
-   **Good English skills (B2+)**
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Customer-focused attitude
-   Basic computer and typing skills
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage but **not required**
