Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Hungarian Speaking Travel Support Advisor to join our expanding team in Sofia, Bulgaria. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive travel assistance to Hungarian-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle travel bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes efficiently to enhance client satisfaction.
-   Offer customized advice and recommendations tailored to customer preferences and travel needs.
-   Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and bookings.
-   Stay abreast of travel industry updates and company policies to deliver accurate information.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in travel support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with paid relocation support provided.
