## Description

**$27.50–$30/hr + bonuses | No experience needed | Paid training**

Full-time, stable job working in people’s homes.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you solve real problems and run your own route.

We’re looking for someone who:

-   is reliable and shows up ready to work
-   is comfortable getting dirty, working in crawlspaces and around insects and rodents
-   is comfortable working with customers
-   is willing to learn and take ownership over time

### What the job looks like

You’ll run a daily route and visit homes across King County.

At each stop, you will:

-   inspect the home and identify what’s causing the pest issue
-   apply treatment safely and correctly
-   explain what’s going on to the customer in simple terms
-   document your work and move to the next stop

### What the work involves

This is active, physical work. You’ll be:

-   working outdoors in all weather
-   using ladders
-   entering crawlspaces and tight areas
-   working around insects and rodents

### Working with customers

You’ll be inside people’s homes, often when they’re dealing with a frustrating problem.

You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to:

-   stay calm
-   communicate clearly
-   treat people with respect

### Pay & growth

-   $27.50–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
-   Performance bonuses paid on top of hourly pay
-   $1,000 bonus after passing WA State licensing
-   Paid training and licensing support

## Requirements

-   Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-   21 years or older
-   Able to lift, carry, crawl, and work on ladders and in tight spaces
-   Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
-   Comfortable working around insects, rodents, and pest control materials
-   Able to work independently and manage a daily route without supervision
-   Strong in-person communication skills with customers

No pest control experience required. We provide training and support to help you obtain your Washington State license.
