## Description

Overview of the Role

The **Technical Recruiter** (Officer level) will support day-to-day hiring for IT roles within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. 

The ideal team member has hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. 

**Major Responsibilities**:

Sourcing and Screening 

-   Create and implement sourcing initiatives to reach potential candidates  

-   Source candidates for Technical Roles (Service Desk, QA, Developers, Network/Infra support, etc.) using job boards

-   Endorsed qualified candidates to hiring managers promptly 

-   Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during hiring events. 

-   Coordinate and implement tech job fair initiatives 

Recruitment Coordination 

-   Conduct initial screening and interview to assess qualifications, experience, and basic technical fit 

-   Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams 

-   Ensure candidates are updated throughout the recruitment process 

-   Assist in managing interview feedback and next steps 

-   Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and apply interview techniques and evaluation methods to better assess the candidates 

-   Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling the vacancies with candidates that meet the set qualifications. 

Pipeline Management 

-   Build and maintain a steady pool of candidates for recurring roles 

-   Keep candidate records updated in ATS and trackers 

-   Support ongoing and urgent hiring requirements across accounts 

Offer and Pre-employment Support 

-   Assist in offer discussions and documentation 

-   Work closely with other recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders 

-   Provide reports/updates on candidate status and hiring progress

## Requirements

-   A graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA major in HRDM, BS Information Tech, and other related courses 

-   With at least 2 years’ experience as technical recruiter 

-   Understands IT roles and terminology 

-   Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms and Boolean search  

-   Experience working in shared services set-up 

-   Strong sourcing and screening skills 

-   Good communication and coordination skills 

-   Organized and detail-oriented 

-   Able to manage multiple roles and priorities
