## Description

Join our team at AYANA Komodo as a Loss & Prevention Staff member, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to providing a safe environment, effectively addressing any security concerns, and supporting loss prevention efforts.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Monitor the premises to identify areas of potential security risks and ensure proper surveillance.
-   Assist in conducting routine checks and inspections of all areas of the property to maintain a secure environment.
-   Participate in training programs to understand loss prevention policies and procedures.
-   Respond promptly to safety and security incidents, documenting occurrences and reporting them to the management.
-   Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to safety and security.
-   Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
-   Assist in the enforcement of park and hotel policies to ensure compliance and a secure environment.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in criminal justice or a related field is a plus.
-   At least 1-2 years of experience in a security or loss prevention role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
-   Candidates must have a valid certification related to security
-   Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to remain calm and provide solutions during high-pressure situations.
-   Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
