As General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation and set the tone for service, teamwork, and accountability across the restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving food service setting and enjoys balancing people leadership with operational excellence.

### Responsibilities

-   Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and consistent execution.
-   Lead, schedule, and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
-   Manage inventory, vendor orders, and supply levels to avoid service disruptions.
-   Monitor labor and food costs while maintaining quality and profitability targets.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across the restaurant.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience managing restaurant operations in a fast-paced food service environment.
-   Hands-on experience scheduling staff and managing restaurant labor effectively.
-   Strong experience with cost control in restaurant operations.
-   Proven experience hiring, training, and supervising hourly front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
-   ServSafe certification.
-   Eligibility to work in the United States.
-   Experience helping launch a restaurant is a plus.
-   A college degree in any field is preferred.
