### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of a high-volume Texas plaintiff personal injury law firm. This leadership role is responsible for driving accountability, improving systems, increasing efficiency, and ensuring excellent client service across intake, pre-litigation, and support operations.

The ideal candidate has strong law firm operations experience, understands plaintiff PI workflows, and can lead teams while implementing measurable operational improvements.

## Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee daily operations across intake, pre-litigation, records, demands, case management, and support teams
-   Build, document, and enforce SOPs for firm workflows
-   Manage staff performance, accountability, workload distribution, and training
-   Track KPIs including lead conversion, settlement cycle time, demand readiness, and operational efficiency
-   Improve communication between intake, case managers, vendors, and leadership
-   Monitor case management systems, task completion, and file quality
-   Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
-   Manage vendors including marketing agencies, records providers, call centers, and software systems
-   Assist leadership with staffing forecasts, operational planning, and budgeting
-   Help maintain high client satisfaction and reduce client complaints
-   Prepare operational reports and performance updates for ownership

**Qualifications:**

-   5+ years of law firm operations or legal operations experience
-   3+ years in plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred
-   Strong understanding of Texas PI workflow from intake through settlement/litigation support
-   Experience managing teams in a high-volume environment
-   Experience with legal case management software and KPI reporting
-   Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-   Ability to enforce accountability and improve team performance
-   Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
