We are seeking a Tool Crib Coordinator/ Shipper & Receiver to join our dynamic team. The Tool Crib Coordinator/Shipper & Receiver is responsible for, receiving items, staging items, assisting with returns, inventory, reporting, maintaining a clean/organized work area, and much more. We are looking to add someone to our team who is very well organized, results-oriented, professional and a strong team player.

## Requirements

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Receive and stage parts and materials
-   Itemize and prep parts for return to vendors
-   Ship items in a timely and accurate manner
-   Assemble tool requests for specified job orders ahead of pickup schedule
-   Issue materials to employees as needed.
-   Receive tools post work completion and ensure they are in their proper place in inventory.  Follow up with employees who have issued tools but have not returned.  Escalate as necessary
-   Maintain inventory database to include tools, stockroom supplies and electrical supplies held in inventory
-   Prepare measurement information relative to inventory levels, inventory turnover and other metrics that may be required
-   Coordinate tool orders with Purchasing
-   Ensure tools are in proper working condition, they are clean, and guarding is in place.  Coordinate maintenance or replacements as necessary
-   Track and execute Annual and Semi-Annual certifications and calibrations
-   Organize external rentals, including delivery and removal with outside vendors
-   Seek ways to find efficiencies in the Tool Crib process
-   Maintain positive working relationships with other employees
-   General clerical work and filing
-   Must work closely with the buyer/s
-   Inspect and receive good into the ERP system in a timely manner
-   Expedite orders when direct and follow up on past due orders from the reports emailed daily.  Notifying purchasing with updates and filling in Nav appropriately
-   Organizing and general house keeping of inventory, WIP areas & Tool Crib
-   Pick up and return of rental equipment as required
-   In accordance with company policy/ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company
-   All other duties as assigned

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**

-   High School Diploma
-   Previous experience in one of the following areas: warehouse, purchasing, customer service or tool crib setting
-   Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, kneel and reach overhead
-   Ability to consistently work safely and maintain a safe work environment
-   Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
-   Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, cope effectively with complexity and change and quickly understand and absorb new information
-   Able to maintain stable performance under pressure
-   Let’s others speak and seeks to understand their viewpoints before formalizing a conclusion
-   Able to communicate clearly and effectively through all forms of oral and written communication
-   Highly organized, self-driven and able to manage multiple requests at once

Salary Range For The Role:

$22.00 - $28.00

The salary range provided in this posting is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location, as well as internal equity and budget considerations.
